visualization & manifesting

You have complete dominion over your body and your mind to create a perfect problem-free life, filled with abundance!

Visualization uses these four actions:

1. Thoughts

2. Intentions

3. Beliefs

4. Emotions


First - Set Intentions of what you want in your life. List affirmations that you want the Universe to create in your life. Your list should take two minutes to repeat multiple times each day. Add excitement and happiness. Make it feel real. Do not tell the Universe how or when to manifest what you want, just ask for the manifestation.


Second - BELIEVE IT IS HAPPENING FOR YOU!


Third - FEEL it is happening!


Fourth - Think only POSITIVE THOUGHTS ABOUT IT HAPPENING!


Be observant, be aware of what is happening in your life and look for opportunities that are presented.

Do not emotionally attach to any negative thoughts. Erase them away with gratitude.

Observe but do not react to anything negative around you.

Focus on what you want to be, who you can be, who you are as a powerful light being and what you have already manifested that is preparing to show itself to you.

You now have a means to manifest it all. The rest is up to you.
